Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain Zuora Billing, including product catalog and invoicing.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Engineering to optimize the subscription lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable solutions for order-to-revenue processes.
- Build and maintain Zuora workflows, notifications, and Salesforce integrations.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure compliance with governance standards.
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing in a production environment.
- Experience with Zuora Orders and Orders API.
- Ability to write solution documents and analyze issues.
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash and financial systems like Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Zuora Revenue and data migration is a plus.
