Base Salary
$180k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and Product Manager to define the team roadmap.
- Lead and architect software projects from conception to operation.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and requests.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
- Grow into a tech lead role for the AI Security Mailbox product.
- Own key deliverables and ensure alignment with divisional SLAs/SLOs.
- Architect AI-native workflows to reduce team toil.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend web development and distributed systems.
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in asynchronous and written communication with distributed teams.
- Experience in building and operating software features from scratch.
- Expertise in Python and/or Go programming languages.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a growth-driven mindset.
