Responsibilities
- Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
- Contribute to the evolution of system architecture and quality of core platform services.
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional partners to define and ship new features.
- Design and build high impact user workflows.
- Set standards for quality through code and design reviews.
- Offer and solicit constructive feedback to support team growth.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 4+ years of professional development experience building APIs and services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex full-stack projects.
- Strong expertise in Python (Django) and Typescript (Node.js).
- Strong communication skills and a positive mindset.
- Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
