Base Salary
$170k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build software applications and deliver enhancements supporting fund accounting and trade processing.
- Develop software solutions with business stakeholders using test-driven and agile development methodologies.
- Implement system upgrades, resiliency and capacity improvements, automation, controls, and integrations with vendors and services.
- Work with DevOps teams to resolve operational issues and use CI/CD platforms and DevOps practices.
- Transition selected applications to cloud platforms and improve platform stability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with technology teams on cross-departmental initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience focused on Python, Java, or .NET technologies.
- Strong SQL development experience and experience developing large-scale data warehouses.
- Experience with messaging architectures, high-volume streaming, and/or transaction processing systems.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful services.
- Familiarity with Java.
- Understanding of agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
