Base Salary
$158k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build APIs and services for creating, versioning, assigning, and managing governance policies across organizational hierarchies.
- Design control-plane workflows that translate administrative intent into policy artifacts for downstream enforcement services.
- Develop telemetry and analytics pipelines for usage dashboards, audit trails, compliance reporting, and anomaly detection.
- Operate distributed services with strong consistency, auditability, safe rollout, and explainable decision-making.
- Collaborate with authorization, identity, and guardrails teams on end-to-end AI governance and enforcement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- 1+ year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- 1+ year designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years covering the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
