Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications with React/Next.js frontends and Go backends.
- Architect and implement AI agent workflows, autonomous task execution pipelines, and LLM-integrated tooling for internal platform capabilities.
- Develop performant, accessible UI components and experiences for internal engineering teams.
- Build and maintain Go APIs supporting frontend and service integrations.
- Collaborate with product and platform teams to deliver scalable, well-tested software.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation using Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a large-scale production environment.
- Strong proficiency in Go, React, and Next.js.
- Experience designing or working with agentic AI systems, autonomous workflows, or LLM-integrated applications.
- Strong understanding of software build and CI/CD processes and database skills, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Experience with one or more of GCP, AWS, and Azure, plus familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across a distributed global organization.
- BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience includes microservices, SOLID design principles, Python, SQL, Helm, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Bamboo, AWX, JAMF, Mac, Linux, Windows, Agile environments, and VMware.
