Responsibilities
- Architect and lead complex multi-agent AI workflows for risk-management applications using agentic frameworks.
- Translate risk-domain business problems into technical requirements and deliver scalable end-to-end GenAI solutions.
- Build LLM orchestration, retrieval, memory, tool-use, and RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, embeddings, and vector search.
- Develop Python-based microservices and REST APIs with FastAPI.
- Containerize and deploy AI services with Docker and Kubernetes on major cloud platforms while contributing to CI/CD.
- Implement observability, tracing, debugging, and evaluation harnesses for LLM workflow quality and release validation.
- Apply AI risk, safety, governance, machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Transformer expertise to enterprise systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience combining software development with data science or machine learning.
- Expert Python skills and demonstrated experience designing scalable backend services and APIs, preferably with FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with multiple agentic frameworks, such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel.
- Extensive experience architecting RAG systems and integrating vector databases such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, and Weaviate.
- Experience deploying containerized AI systems with Docker and Kubernetes on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong MLOps experience, including CI/CD, observability, and evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems.
- In-depth understanding of AI risk, safety, and enterprise governance requirements.
- Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Transformer architectures.
- Preferred qualifications include LLM evaluation-harness leadership, Langfuse or similar observability experience, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, GCP Vertex AI, GraphRAG, multi-hop retrieval, AWS certifications, and financial-services or regulated-industry experience.
