Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and platform capabilities.
- Implement and support ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HR Service Delivery, and related modules.
- Build integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and secured web-service authentication.
- Design automated workflows to streamline business processes.
- Support ServiceNow debugging, root-cause analysis, incident resolution, upgrades, service packs, testing, and system readiness controls.
- Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and internal customers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Document technical customizations, configurations, and processes.
- Recommend adoption of new ServiceNow technologies and features.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting the ServiceNow platform, including debugging issues, root-cause analysis, and fixing incidents.
- Experience interacting with SMEs, stakeholders, business analysts, and internal customers to develop functional specifications.
- Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, and Service Portal widget scripting.
- Experience developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD modules.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred.
- CIS-ITSM or other product certifications preferred.
- Experience with Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, UI Builder, and Platform Analytics is a plus.
