Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize SAP SD Order to Cash processes, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns.
- Support requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems through standard APIs and middleware.
- Use AI copilots and pre-built AI features for process analysis, pricing diagnostics, test generation, documentation, exception detection, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure solutions follow SDLC practices, audit controls, pricing governance, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs and collaborate with logistics, finance, supply chain, master data, and technical teams.
- Create reusable templates, test packs, and AI-assisted best practices.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong SAP SD expertise and understanding of O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures.
- Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, cross-module dependencies, master data, IDocs, outputs, and SD troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing and analysis tools.
- Ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows without developing custom LLMs or agentic systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- SAP SD Certification, SAP Fiori experience, EDI/IDoc and middleware exposure, CRM experience, and familiarity with automation testing tools are preferred.
