Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to promote code quality, testability, accuracy, efficiency, and engineering best practices.
- Analyze experiment results and identify improvements to ad quality, user happiness, and business outcomes.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their impact on hardware, networks, services, and quality.
- Develop and work with machine-learning models to improve ads retrieval, pre- and post-click quality, pricing, and related systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Five years of experience programming in Python or C++.
- Three years of experience with reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another ML specialization.
- Three years of experience with end-to-end machine learning, including model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, or debugging.
- Three years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products and one year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: five years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: one year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Preferred: experience developing accessible technologies and experience with ads serving.
