Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy production-ready full-stack applications using Java, .NET, and Python.
- Contribute to front-end development using React or Angular.
- Design scalable cloud-native application architectures with senior architects.
- Build integrations using APIs, microservices, REST, GraphQL, Kafka, and message queues.
- Deploy and optimize applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Implement practical AI features using cloud AI services, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Ensure application performance, security, code quality, and compliance through reviews, testing, and secure coding practices.
- Provide hands-on technical support and mentorship while collaborating with developers, product managers, and infrastructure teams.
- Continuously improve software development and operations practices using AI-native approaches.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- 7–12 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role focused on application-heavy systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- Strong proficiency in Java, .NET, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Experience delivering solutions in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
- Understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, LLMs, automation, and AI integration.
- Experience with integration patterns, REST APIs, message queues, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CloudFormation, and cloud-native services such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, and GCP Cloud Run.
- Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, secure coding, IAM, and encryption.
- AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or similar certifications are preferred.
