Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to onboard cloud services and architect solutions consistent with enterprise security standards.
- Build proofs of concept, example code, and reusable solutions that enable generative AI use cases through standard APIs.
- Develop self-service tooling for deploying AI solutions and improve the developer experience for building and deploying AI applications.
- Contribute to major architecture and product-selection decisions for generative AI solutions.
- Document generative AI ecosystem best practices, model and tool selection guidance, and available libraries.
Requirements
- At least one cloud provider experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, including enterprise architecture and resource deployment.
- Hands-on Python development experience and the ability to create baseline implementation code samples.
- Experience deploying cloud resources with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines, with demonstrated DevOps knowledge.
- Experience designing and implementing highly scalable enterprise application architectures.
- Experience managing code in repositories such as Bitbucket and GitHub.
- Understanding of SQL, NoSQL, big data, data governance, data privacy, information security, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with enterprise software engineering, design, and development.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
- Preferred experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Search, Azure Cognitive Services, AWS Bedrock, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, generative AI or LLM applications, Flask or FastAPI, Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps.
- Microsoft, AWS, GCP, or Terraform certifications are a plus.
