Base Salary
$100k - $137k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze and collaborate on solutions for customer equipment software application and systems issues of moderate complexity.
- Investigate high-value customer problems, systemic bugs, and software failures.
- Provide customer software support through the software ticketing system.
- Deliver timely updates and reports to stakeholders on key customer software issues.
- Create, test, and verify Software Change Notifications and Key Feature Procedures.
- Contribute to customer-focused feature documentation and software specification, design, testing, and documentation reviews.
- Assist with training junior engineers and detailed product operation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to solve straightforward technical problems using experience, judgment, and precedents.
- Ability to understand key business drivers, explain complex information clearly, and work within established guidelines and policies.
- Ability to provide informal guidance to new team members without supervisory responsibility.
