Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable database solutions using SQL Server.
- Write, optimize, and maintain complex stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined functions.
- Monitor database performance and resolve bottlenecks and other performance issues.
- Design and implement logical and physical data models.
- Implement constraints and validation rules to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes for loading and transforming data.
- Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders on database requirements and solutions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Statistics.
- 10+ years of experience as a database developer, with a strong focus on SQL Server.
- Expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and experience with data modeling tools.
- Experience with ETL tools and processes such as SSIS is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
