Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship end-to-end product capabilities covering failure detection, conversation ingestion, patch generation, verification, and customer-facing workflows.
- Own reproduction logic, guardrails, and checks that prevent bad pull requests from reaching customer repositories.
- Work directly with customers by reviewing traces, participating in Slack channels, and identifying failures proactively.
- Make long-term architectural decisions involving schema design, service boundaries, and speed-versus-correctness tradeoffs.
- Define engineering culture, including testing standards, on-call practices, and release criteria.
- Build across detection quality, high-volume ingestion pipelines, and the review UI.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience shipping production software with a track record of working beyond a core specialty.
- Strong TypeScript proficiency across frontend and core services.
- Experience building and operating AI agents in production, including understanding how and why they fail.
- Experience designing cost-conscious data pipelines and systems for high-volume event data.
- Experience making architectural decisions that shape long-term system design.
- Strong product sense and ability to solve open-ended problems independently.
- Comfort working with data at volume and evaluating cost per event.
- Preferred experience with pull request review automation, code quality tooling, observability, or production monitoring systems.
