Responsibilities
- Define and implement enterprise-wide DevOps and DevSecOps architecture, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines that automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Embed security throughout the software development lifecycle through automated security testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks.
- Select and enforce infrastructure-as-code standards for cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Design and manage scalable, highly available infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response, and post-mortem analysis processes.
- Mentor engineers on architecture decisions and secure coding principles.
- Support compliance, risk assessments, audits, and adherence to PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, management, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
- At least 3–5 years in a specialized architect or security-focused role.
- Prior hands-on coding experience is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, containers, orchestration, monitoring, security integration, and compliance practices.
