Responsibilities
- Collaborate with automotive partners to integrate SoundHound’s Voice AI into vehicles.
- Own validation benches, testing procedures, and end-to-end software validation.
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, resolve, and escalate integration issues using detailed technical analysis.
- Provide technical guidance and support as the primary contact for automotive partners.
- Translate partner business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
- Build and maintain project plans, documentation, schedules, deployment activities, and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Technical Program Management teams on system improvements and feature requests.
- Prepare and run validation procedures onsite at automotive partner facilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical program management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software validation, particularly for AI or audio-related software.
- Experience with Linux, Python, C++, ASR, and AI technologies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams and manage complex projects in an international environment.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, prioritization, and partner collaboration skills.
