Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, implement, support, and maintain Java applications and internal services for semiconductor fab operations.
- Develop full-stack applications using Spring Boot, Angular, Java/J2EE, REST, and relational databases.
- Containerize applications with Docker and deploy them through AWS ECS on AWS EC2 instances.
- Collaborate with fab stakeholders to translate business needs into predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
- Support the development of productionized and scalable analytics data pipelines with manufacturing data teams.
- Work with users, developers, database administrators, engineers, and other groups to implement functionality and resolve application issues.
- Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in computer science or equivalent with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Strong Java programming and relational database skills.
- Proficiency with Angular, Java/J2EE, REST, Spring Boot, and relational database development using Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Redshift.
- Experience with IntelliJ IDEA and designing and implementing services using REST and JSON.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools including Maven, Nexus, and Jenkins.
- Experience with R and Python for business modeling and semiconductor experience are advantages.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
