Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
- Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Express, NestJS, or similar Node.js frameworks.
- Develop responsive, accessible, and performant React.js user interfaces using Hooks, state management, and component architecture.
- Use AI code-generation tools and prompt-engineering techniques to improve development workflows.
- Review and validate AI-generated code through code reviews, testing, security checks, privacy checks, and functional verification.
- Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, and other SQL or NoSQL data stores.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for repeatable build, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, performance, and production issues.
- Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional product development.
- Improve software quality, application performance, development efficiency, operational reliability, reusability, and sustainable engineering practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong practical proficiency with Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Express, NestJS, or similar Node.js frameworks; React Hooks, state management, and component architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AI code-generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools, plus prompt engineering for coding tasks.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis, including data modeling, querying, indexing, transactions, validation, and data integrity.
- Experience with Git, branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, testing, debugging, and production troubleshooting.
- Understanding of secure coding, authentication, authorization, access controls, input validation, secure API design, sensitive-data protection, dependency management, secrets protection, and vulnerability remediation.
- Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices and responsive, performant, maintainable React interfaces.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate technical decisions and risks, and manage development, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Preferred qualifications include cloud deployment, managed databases, containers, orchestration, cloud networking, application monitoring, automated testing, static analysis, dependency scanning, performance testing, security testing, threat modeling, encryption, API security controls, and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Relevant training or preferred certifications in cloud, software development, databases, DevOps, or related technologies are advantageous but not mandatory.
