Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered operational intelligence systems that analyze telemetry, detect anomalies, and make autonomous live-event health and intervention decisions.
- Build agentic incident-response frameworks for root-cause analysis and automated remediation.
- Create scalable pipelines for event onboarding, readiness validation, live execution, and post-event analysis.
- Design customer-centric quality assessment systems that evaluate playback from the viewer's perspective.
- Implement predictive analytics to identify potential failures and prevent recurring issues.
- Develop real-time operational tooling and dashboards for system health, AI decisions, and quality metrics.
- Validate detection logic against production data and participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical documentation.
- Support reliable 24/7 operations for live video systems at Amazon scale.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 3 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Preferred: experience in machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics, or natural language processing.
