Base Salary
$65k - $78k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop scope of work, effort estimates, and delivery dates for enhancement requests and bug tickets.
- Program requirements according to department standards and best practices.
- Develop, customize, test, peer-review, and quality-assure travel-agency automation solutions.
- Program and customize global travel-agency desktop routines for automation initiatives.
- Design front- and mid-office solutions that improve agent productivity and reduce errors.
- Enhance the mid-office automation library and test and publish new versions.
- Manage multiple concurrent requests and deliver them according to service-level agreements.
- Follow department guidelines and procedures and provide support during required regional business hours.
Requirements
- Programming experience in Python, Swift, or an equivalent language.
- Experience with travel reservations and travel processes.
- Working knowledge of Sabre GDS technology; training will be provided.
- Working knowledge of database integrations, SQL, and API integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-reengineering skills.
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of project management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse cultures.
- Ability to communicate in English as the primary language.
