Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and application solutions.
- Design, develop, test, debug, document, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications and microservices.
- Use ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, C#/.NET, and UI frameworks to build and enhance software.
- Apply LLM-based coding agents and agentic coding practices for refactoring, boilerplate generation, prototyping, root-cause analysis, and architectural work.
- Lead application solution architecture, implementation, deployment, releases, patches, and feature delivery across on-premises and cloud-native environments.
- Identify and correct software defects and develop strategies to prevent project and system problems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, users, quality assurance teams, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Manage implementation of business solutions, process changes, end-user training, and supporting documentation.
- Provide system and process training to administrative, professional, and staff users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on web application and microservices development experience using C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, and React or Angular.
- At least 5 years of technical leadership experience in application solution design, architecture, implementation, and deployment across on-premises and cloud-native environments.
- Expert-level skills in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and associated development tools.
- Extensive experience working with business analysts to develop software requirements aligned with concrete business needs.
- Solid experience with LLM-based coding agents such as Claude or OpenCode and demonstrated proficiency in agentic coding practices.
- Knowledge of project management and the software development life cycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage conflicting priorities, facilitate discussions, exercise judgment, and collaborate across organizational levels.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
