Base Salary
$138k - $191k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable enterprise applications, services, and solutions across front-end and back-end systems.
- Drive architectural direction, technical standards, frameworks, and strategies for robust and maintainable enterprise applications.
- Provide technical mentorship, guidance, team-building support, and hiring assistance for engineering teams.
- Manage technical delivery and accountability for large-scale, high-complexity initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, executives, and multiple engineering teams to gather requirements and communicate technical direction.
- Identify and implement architectural, operational, and strategic improvements that reduce costs and accelerate delivery.
- Implement quality assurance processes, automated testing strategies, and comprehensive documentation.
- Develop and refine CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and Azure-based cloud infrastructure.
- Lead troubleshooting, debugging, log analysis, and performance optimization for critical systems.
- Promote software engineering standards, Agile practices, continuous improvement, innovation, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent education or experience.
- Minimum eight years of experience with multiple programming languages and software development tools.
- Extensive experience developing enterprise applications with .NET and C#.
- Strong proficiency with Angular version 14 or later.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL, relational database design, Entity Framework, and performance optimization.
- Mastery of designing and developing RESTful APIs and experience with message-driven architecture; RabbitMQ is preferred.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, and Blob Storage.
- Expertise in automated testing methodologies, TDD/BDD, and relevant unit testing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expert understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and modern enterprise patterns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills involving algorithms, data structures, and performance considerations.
- Ability to mentor technical teams and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Knowledge of and responsibility for compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Strategic, proactive, innovative leadership approach with a focus on continuous improvement and organizational objectives.
