Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements from users and business analysts and translate them into technical specifications and application solutions.
- Design, develop, modify, test, debug, document, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications and microservices.
- Use ASP.NET, .NET, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, HTML, XML, CSS, and React or Angular to build software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for application architecture, implementation, deployment, releases, patches, and platform solutions in on-premises and cloud-native environments.
- Identify software defects, implement enhancements, and develop strategies to prevent project and system problems.
- Create project definition documents, business requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, requirements plans, and deliverable plans.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams, business users, third-party vendors, and organizational stakeholders throughout solution delivery.
- Manage implementation of business solutions, including software releases, process changes, end-user training, and documentation.
- Provide system and process training to administrative, professional, and staff users.
- Use LLM-based coding agents and agentic coding practices for complex refactoring, boilerplate generation, rapid prototyping, codebase analysis, and root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on web application and microservices development experience using C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, and React or Angular UI frameworks.
- At least 5 years of technical leadership experience in application solution design, architecture, implementation, and deployment across on-premises and cloud-native environments.
- Expert-level proficiency with C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and associated development tools.
- Extensive experience working with business analysts to develop software requirements that address concrete business needs.
- Solid experience with LLM-based coding agents such as Claude or OpenCode and agentic coding practices.
- Knowledge of project management and the software development life cycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, time-management, multitasking, and judgment skills.
- Ability to work independently, across organizational levels, under deadlines, and with conflicting priorities.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and collaborate effectively with business users, vendors, and quality assurance teams.
