Base Salary

$134k - $187k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into application designs, technical specifications, and business solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, debug, document, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications and microservices.
  • Use ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, C#/.NET, and related development tools to build and enhance software.
  • Lead application architecture, implementation, deployment, release, defect correction, and continuous improvement across on-premises and cloud-native environments.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, business users, QA teams, third-party vendors, and organizational stakeholders throughout delivery.
  • Leverage Claude, OpenCode, and other LLM-based coding agents for prompt engineering, refactoring, boilerplate generation, prototyping, codebase analysis, and root-cause analysis.
  • Create project definition documents, business requirements, functional specifications, requirements plans, and deliverable plans.
  • Provide system training and documentation for administrative, professional, and staff users.
  • Manage implementation of software releases, enhancements, process changes, and end-user training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on web application and microservices development using C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, and React or Angular.
  • At least 5 years of technical leadership in application design, architecture, implementation, and deployment across on-premises and cloud-native environments.
  • Expert-level skill with C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and associated development tools.
  • Extensive experience working with business analysts to define software requirements for concrete business needs.
  • Solid experience with LLM-based coding agents such as Claude or OpenCode and agentic coding practices.
  • Knowledge of project management and the software development life cycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate across organizational levels, manage competing deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and work a flexible schedule.
