Responsibilities
- Establish engineering best practices and drive a culture of engineering excellence.
- Drive high-impact projects and innovate new solutions for user experience.
- Produce scalable system designs for complex features from idea to launch.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Write well-crafted, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Participate in on-call rotation to resolve application issues.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Proficient in Python and Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and databases such as PostgreSQL or DynamoDB.
- Proficient in using AI tools to enhance coding workflows.
- Experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a low-ego team environment.
- Bonus: Experience with LLM orchestration and building APIs for conversational agents.
