Base Salary
$139k - $164k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI architectures.
- Build intelligent systems with LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, and Microsoft Foundry Agent Service.
- Lead the full GenAI lifecycle, including architecture, enterprise integration, secure deployment, monitoring, observability, evaluation, and optimization.
- Architect scalable, distributed, high-throughput AI applications across Azure and AWS.
- Use Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and ARM/Bicep for containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure automation.
- Develop maintainable Python and microservices-based applications and support automated testing, deployment, and release management.
- Provide technical leadership, make architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and translate business requirements into secure and resilient solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Six to eight years of relevant experience; the posting also specifies 8+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or AI/ML solutions.
- At least two years of hands-on GenAI experience, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Strong knowledge of agentic AI concepts and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS, distributed systems, scalable architecture, Python, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring experience.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise or regulated-environment GenAI experience, observability and AI lifecycle tooling familiarity, AI governance and compliance knowledge, and financial services experience.
