Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
- Work with the Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
- Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
- Design and implement complex custom functionality beyond standard platform capabilities.
- Develop plugins, custom APIs, workflows, client-side scripts, and Dataverse solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and technical problem-solving.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and support implementation decisions.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
- A technical development profile with significant hands-on coding and solution-development experience rather than a functional-consulting profile.
- Strong experience designing and developing complex Dynamics 365 CE solutions and custom functionality.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and one or more of Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 extensibility frameworks, including plugins, custom APIs, workflows, client-side scripting, and Dataverse development.
- Strong knowledge of C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse SDK/Web API, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using REST APIs, Azure services, middleware, or other integration technologies.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools, including independently reviewing and validating generated output.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a preferred qualification.
- Availability to work approximately 15:00–23:00 Manila time during Polish summer time.
