Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
Work with the Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
Design and implement complex custom functionality beyond standard platform capabilities.
Develop plugins, custom APIs, workflows, client-side scripts, and Dataverse solutions.
Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems.
Use AI-assisted coding tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and technical problem-solving.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and support implementation decisions.

At least 6 years of professional experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
A technical development profile with significant hands-on coding and solution-development experience rather than a functional-consulting profile.
Strong experience designing and developing complex Dynamics 365 CE solutions and custom functionality.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and one or more of Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
Experience with Dynamics 365 extensibility frameworks, including plugins, custom APIs, workflows, client-side scripting, and Dataverse development.
Strong knowledge of C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse SDK/Web API, or equivalent technologies.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using REST APIs, Azure services, middleware, or other integration technologies.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools, including independently reviewing and validating generated output.
Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a preferred qualification.
Availability to work approximately 15:00–23:00 Manila time during Polish summer time.
