Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior Enterprise Architects to map out customer architectures and integration patterns for Salsify implementations.
- Participate in discovery sessions to understand customers’ data flows, integration needs, and business objectives.
- Create clear, customer-ready architecture diagrams, briefs, and reusable reference frameworks during active sales cycles.
- Build and demonstrate lightweight proofs-of-concept to validate proposed solutions.
- Partner with internal technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with platform capabilities and best practices.
- Help address technical objectives and position Salsify’s architecture against competing platforms.
- Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and provide architectural input on proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salsify’s API framework and integration tools.
- Work effectively across time zones and within the EMEA go-to-market organization.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, technical pre-sales, or solution architecture roles.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and data integration principles.
- Exposure to enterprise content and commerce ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear, customer-oriented solutions.
