Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central applications using C/AL and AL.
- Gather requirements from product owners and business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy Business Central extensions, customizations, and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Business Central applications.
- Write and maintain documentation for custom solutions and updates.
- Support testing, debugging, and optimization of Business Central solutions.
- Stay current with Business Central features, AL advancements, and development tools.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
- Work through the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, and implementation, as part of a Scrum team.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience developing and deploying Business Central extensions and customizations.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and Business Central finance, sales, and purchasing modules.
- Experience with C/AL and AL development tools.
- Familiarity with web services and integration protocols such as SOAP and REST.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with GitHub or other version-control tools is preferred.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle and participation in code reviews are preferred.
