Responsibilities
- Plan and execute continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines across planning, coding, building, testing, staging, release, configuration, and monitoring.
- Manage IT infrastructure supporting application software and configure DevOps tools according to client requirements.
- Onboard applications, build and customize DevOps tooling, and create user-access workflows.
- Develop coding and scripting integrations connecting software releases with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Automate testing and deployment processes in DevOps environments.
- Provide internal and external customer support, resolve tool-related tickets within defined turnaround times, and follow escalation procedures.
- Troubleshoot critical or recurring issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience with enterprise platform DevOps tools.
- Experience supporting continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, infrastructure, automation, and DevOps tool configuration.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams on coding and scripting integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve customer tickets within specified turnaround times.
