Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web-based applications for large organizations.
- Deliver customer fixes for complex production issues.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Design and develop multiple platforms including databases and application servers.
- Collaborate with R&D groups and support tiers.
- Drive technological and architectural decisions.
- Work within a Kanban-based team to influence decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-9 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java.
- Strong experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
- Hands-on experience with Hibernate / ORM Framework.
- Frontend experience in Vue.js.
- Familiarity with OOD/OOP principles.
- Experience with SQL and relational DB environments such as Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL.
- Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership.
- Deep understanding of Algorithms & Data Structures.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
- Good communication skills with peers and managers.
