Responsibilities
- Monitor and perform health checks on system integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve real-time integration errors and API failures.
- Build relationships with Account, DevOps, and IT teams for coordination.
- Analyze logs to determine root causes of system failures.
- Optimize existing integrations for efficiency and performance.
- Utilize cutting-edge GenAI tools and technology.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in system integration health and API monitoring.
- Ability to integrate generative AI tools into workflows.
- Proficiency in scripting/query languages like SQL, Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Understanding of API integrations and incident management best practices.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to collaboration.
