Responsibilities
- Perform secure design reviews and threat modeling with application teams.
- Design and implement effective cybersecurity and technology controls.
- Assess cloud services, Kubernetes solutions, network security, firewalls, and API authentication and authorization.
- Serve as a cybersecurity and technology controls subject matter expert and escalation point.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and business stakeholders on audit, regulatory, risk, and project initiatives.
- Use and validate enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for cybersecurity architecture analysis, security recommendations, control testing, and remediation.
- Drive reuse-first adoption of AI-assisted security validation with traceability, auditability, and resiliency.
Requirements
- Advanced, in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, applications, and technical processes.
- Subject matter expert-level knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and/or AWS and how security controls protect data and maintain availability.
- Knowledge of PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and Kubernetes solutions such as Anthos, AKS, and EKS.
- Experience with cloud security posture management and cybersecurity vulnerability management.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices, DevSecOps methodologies, network security, network design, and firewalls.
- Experience implementing API authorization and authentication.
- Experience using and validating enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in cybersecurity architecture workflows, including awareness of data sensitivity.
- Experience with identity federation, least privilege, and RBAC/ABAC concepts is preferred.
- Experience with cloud security technologies and emerging security trends is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
