Responsibilities
- Build and operate cloud infrastructure for blockchain platforms in banking, custody, payments, and digital asset environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for deployment, testing, and release management.
- Deploy and manage infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Operate containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Configure and manage AWS, Azure, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
- Implement security hardening, secrets management, encryption, and access controls.
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Support production deployments, go-live activities, and incident response.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to meet security, compliance, and architectural requirements.
- Contribute reusable infrastructure patterns, automation frameworks, and operational documentation.
- Provide high-quality, high-touch customer engagement throughout delivery.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations.
- Hands-on experience operating infrastructure in fintech, financial services, or other regulated environments.
- Strong experience with AWS; Azure and/or GCP experience is a plus.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
- Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.
- Experience operating Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
- Understanding of security, networking, and compliance requirements in regulated environments.
- Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, delivery teams, and client technical stakeholders.
- English is required; Swiss German, German, French, or Italian is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are preferred.
- Experience with Bitcoin nodes, Lightning Network, distributed systems, blockchain operations, monitoring platforms, service mesh, API gateways, or load balancing is preferred.
- Genuine interest in Bitcoin, digital assets, and blockchain-based financial infrastructure is preferred.
