Responsibilities
- Build mobile and web applications for government and social impact.
- Rapidly develop and test new features for communication and data access.
- Assist in scaling the system towards stateRAMP and fedRAMP compliance.
- Generate data-driven insights and integrate with government databases.
- Manage and mentor Stanford SWE interns to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with designers to optimize user experience and UI components.
- Solve complex technical challenges creatively.
Requirements
- Highly skilled in React/React Native and iOS/Android app development.
- Experience with AWS-related services.
- Background in startups, particularly in the 0 → 1 phase.
- Preferred experience in security engineering and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).
- Experience in govtech startups is a plus.
- Experience writing production code for full-stack applications.
- Familiarity with communication platforms and database schema design.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
