Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on engineering for the mainframe core of Fund/SERV.
- Improve resiliency, performance, change safety, and availability for mutual fund transaction-processing systems.
- Strengthen engineering practices across COBOL, DB2, CICS, and MQ.
- Improve test and deployment automation.
- Capture and curate system knowledge to reduce key-person and legacy-system risk.
- Partner with Product, Operations, and distributed engineering teams on APIs, data access, and platform simplification.
- Improve follow-the-sun support readiness and cross-site collaboration.
