Responsibilities
- Analyze, prepare, configure, implement, and verify the integration of Ericsson Cloud Solution.
- Plan and drive product configuration and integration activities.
- Execute integration, migration, system testing, module testing, and acceptance testing.
- Identify issues, propose improvements, and drive continuous optimization.
- Support handover, documentation, post-project stabilization, and other post-project activities.
- Understand end-to-end technical solutions and dependencies.
- Support pre-sales activities and pre-studies when needed.
- Develop scripts and automation as required.
- Collaborate across teams, share knowledge, and deliver against customer expectations.
- Work on-site and support overnight activities and travel when required by projects and rollout schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, computer science, information technology, or a relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in private-cloud deployments involving IaaS or CaaS.
- Solid Linux administration skills and hands-on experience.
- Understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, routing, and switching.
- Understanding of SAN/NAS, block storage, and object storage.
- Familiarity with third-party hardware such as Dell, HPE, and Lenovo.
- Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Public-cloud certifications such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- IP networking certification and experience such as CCNA or CCNP.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, research, planning, organizing, problem-solving, and continuous-learning abilities.
