Responsibilities
- Lead development of the AI platform with emphasis on scalability, speed, and user experience.
- Architect and develop React front-end solutions and intuitive user interfaces.
- Implement secure, scalable back-end infrastructure and API integrations.
- Manage deployment pipelines using DevOps practices for reliable software delivery.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to turn web designs into functional interfaces.
- Work with data scientists on data collection, analysis, and platform application.
- Participate across the application lifecycle, including coding, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Maintain and improve existing application performance and evaluate emerging technology integrations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience building high-usage B2B software applications.
- Proficiency with React and responsive, high-performance web application development.
- Experience with server-side languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Experience with DevOps practices, software deployment, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, API integration, and JSON and XML data formats.
- Familiarity with Git, software testing, and continuous integration and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Passion for ad tech and interest in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
