Responsibilities
- Develop backend software using Node.js, APIs, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Contribute to frontend development using Vue or other frontend frameworks such as Angular and React.
- Develop cloud-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform, including serverless applications, logging, monitoring, Cloud SQL, and BigQuery.
- Work with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Use Terraform for infrastructure as code and contribute to CI/CD practices.
- Debug software, solve complex problems, and participate in constructive feedback cycles and Agile team practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 9 years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in backend development with Node.js and APIs.
- Experience with frontend development and familiarity with Vue, Angular, or React.
- Experience with cloud development, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience or familiarity with Java and Spring Boot is a plus.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and English-language skills.
- Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with Agile ceremonies and practices.
