Responsibilities
- Translate business and functional requirements into enterprise-aligned Workday integration designs.
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations and Extend applications throughout their lifecycle.
- Develop scalable, secure, performant, and maintainable solutions across Workday modules and external systems.
- Partner with HR functional leads, enterprise architects, security teams, and third-party vendors.
- Establish integration standards, patterns, documentation, and governance models.
- Troubleshoot Workday environments and optimize solution performance and maintenance.
- Contribute to AI-driven initiatives that automate and improve HR processes.
- Support innovation projects and improve HR system user experiences.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience with Workday and Workday implementation and support.
- Hands-on technical development experience designing and developing Workday integration and Extend solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Expertise with Workday App development, EIB, Core and Cloud Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, BIRT, custom reports, and calculated fields.
- Technical experience with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, WSDL, WQL, Orchestrations, Web Services, and Java.
- Ability to design secure, scalable, and resilient integration and Extend solutions.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, ShapeIn, or Azure Integration Services is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to develop integrations and Extend applications to support project requirements.
- Leadership experience and Workday Extend experience are nice to have.
