Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services for risk detection and fraud prevention.
- Own feature delivery from design to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Risk Analysts to develop risk solutions.
- Implement mechanisms for reliability and observability in risk services.
- Contribute to the team's engineering culture through code reviews and reusable solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., Go, Ruby, Python, Java).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and data structures.
- Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems.
- Clear communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Ability to use generative AI tools responsibly in workflows.
- Experience with risk, fraud detection, or payment systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Experience with blockchain technology and crypto transaction risks.
