Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve DevOps tooling and SDLC platforms supporting engineering and testing teams.
- Develop integrations and automation for development, quality assurance, and operational workflows.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions.
- Partner with engineering teams to identify bottlenecks and improve platform capabilities and processes.
- Strengthen observability through monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerting.
- Improve platform reliability through automation, consistency, and resilience.
- Contribute to solution design and delivery from concept through deployment.
- Evaluate emerging tools and technologies that improve developer productivity and operational performance.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Proficiency with AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
- Expertise with CI/CD systems, automation frameworks, and configuration management.
- Hands-on experience building Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, ideally with Terraform and Ansible-like tools.
- Strong programming and scripting skills, including proficiency in Python.
- Experience supporting engineering teams and delivering scalable tooling or internal platforms.
- Knowledge of Java or C++ is advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
