Responsibilities
- Develop transformative AI/ML solutions for client business requirements and challenges.
- Design and implement AI/ML architectures and generative AI solutions.
- Build, prototype, train, retrain, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models in real-world production environments.
- Develop LLM, agentic AI, and RAG solutions using cloud platforms and generative AI technologies.
- Scale AI models and GenAI solutions into production across cloud platforms.
- Analyze and resolve architectural problems with engineering, data science, and operations teams.
- Apply deep learning, advanced NLP, statistical analysis, and ML algorithm evaluation to improve models.
- Design chatbot and conversational AI solutions using Rasa or comparable frameworks.
- Collaborate with service-line teams to design, implement, and manage GenAI solutions tailored to client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, information technology, computer science, mathematics, or a similar field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Excellent Python knowledge and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with AI/ML architecture, machine learning models, deep learning, NLP, LLMs, generative AI, agentic AI, and RAG.
- Experience with at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure and cloud-native technologies.
- Familiarity with generative models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and ensuring GenAI outputs are contextually relevant.
- Experience with Rasa or another chatbot interface.
- AI/ML or GenAI certifications are optional.
- English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2) level is required.
