Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end software workflows across the stack.
- Take features into production and solve real-world problems at scale.
- Contribute to code quality, technical decision-making, engineering patterns, and platforms.
- Talk to and visit customers in the field while solving customer problems.
- Help build AI products that capture and index real-world conversations.
Requirements
- Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar languages.
- Strong engineering ability, ideally developed at startups.
- Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to iterate quickly with teammates.
- Ability to incorporate feedback and maintain a high bar for quality.
