Responsibilities

  • Build and ship end-to-end software workflows across the stack.
  • Take features into production and solve real-world problems at scale.
  • Contribute to code quality, technical decision-making, engineering patterns, and platforms.
  • Talk to and visit customers in the field while solving customer problems.
  • Help build AI products that capture and index real-world conversations.

Requirements

  • Strong coding skills with demonstrated proficiency in JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar languages.
  • Strong engineering ability, ideally developed at startups.
  • Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to iterate quickly with teammates.
  • Ability to incorporate feedback and maintain a high bar for quality.
