Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities through design and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and security.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Design and implement security policies and procedures for software applications.
- Analyze and mitigate security risks related to software development and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues in custom software solutions.
- Mentor team members and coordinate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP Security.
- Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control mechanisms and identity management in enterprise environments.
- Experience designing and implementing software application security policies and procedures.
- Ability to analyze and mitigate software development and deployment security risks.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements affecting software security.
- 15 years of full-time education.
