Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation, solution design, scoping, and technical discussions for medium-scale client engagements.
- Decompose requirements and user stories into tasks, estimate effort, delegate work, and monitor delivery across project teams.
- Lead projects involving onshore and offshore resources while identifying risks, resolving impediments, and driving successful delivery.
- Evaluate proposed solutions, guide technical and non-technical stakeholders, and advise clients on design implications.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams on client proposals and presentations to support winning or extending business.
- Present technical concepts and solution options to clients in a clear, business-focused, impactful, and persuasive manner.
- Mentor other consultants and serve as a go-to source of technical and consulting knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Agile delivery and adapting to client methodologies.
- At least 5 years of experience leading consulting projects for large clients, including three or more listed Azure, architecture, integration, platform, reliability, identity, observability, or leadership project areas.
- At least 5 years of experience with at least four listed tools or technology areas, including .NET Core, C#, front-end development, Entity Framework/Dapper, data storage, DevOps automation, source control, or automated testing.
- Four or more Microsoft Azure Application Development & DevOps, AI & Machine Learning, and/or Architecture & Development certifications.
- AZ204, AZ102, and AZ400 certifications are highly recommended.
- Experience contributing to user stories and backlog content, including task management and progress visibility.
- Strong client presentation, consulting, communication, ownership, learning, and mentoring abilities.
