Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical requirements elicitation, solution design, scoping, and estimation for medium-scale client engagements.
- Decompose requirements and user stories into tasks, delegate work, monitor progress, and remove impediments for other consultants.
- Lead projects involving onshore and offshore resources while managing risks, solutions, delivery quality, and stakeholder communication.
- Advise technical and non-technical client stakeholders on technical concepts, architecture, and design implications.
- Present technical solutions to clients in a business-focused, impactful, and persuasive manner.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop client proposals and presentations and support winning or extending business.
- Mentor consultants, evaluate proposed solutions, and serve as a go-to source of technical knowledge.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Agile delivery and adapting to client methodologies.
- At least five years of experience leading consulting projects for large clients across at least three listed Azure solution domains.
- At least five years of experience with at least four listed application development, DevOps, architecture, data, testing, or delivery tools and technologies.
- Four or more Microsoft Azure application development and DevOps, AI and machine learning, and/or architecture and development certifications.
- AZ204, AZ102, and AZ400 certifications are highly recommended.
- Strong client presentation, communication, technical leadership, mentoring, consulting, and problem-solving abilities.
