Responsibilities
- Enable customers to create solutions based on their business challenges.
- Define technical solution strategies using NiCE’s Customer Service Automation portfolio.
- Interface with sales, engineering, and product stakeholders to build innovative solutions.
- Prepare and deliver demonstrations of customer service automation solutions.
- Evaluate and document prospect’s infrastructure related to CCaaS and automation.
- Lead discovery calls to identify opportunities for NICE solutions.
- Partner with sales and engineering teams to engage with prospects and customers.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs creatively and effectively.
- Maintain knowledge of modern technologies across AI, Digital, and Cloud platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related technology field; MBA preferred.
- At least 7+ years of hands-on technical experience in solutions engineering or sales architecture.
- 7+ years of consulting or customer engagement experience.
- 5+ years of contact center experience.
- Strong business acumen and ability to learn new business processes quickly.
- Analytically minded with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of chatbot, automation, and conversational AI solutions.
- Experience with Enterprise SaaS applications and APIs.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
