Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify technical software requirements.
- Design automated process solutions using standard design principles and conventions.
- Configure efficient, structured, maintainable RPA processes and objects.
- Create and maintain solution documentation, test procedures, and pre-UAT scenarios.
- Support existing automations, implement approved changes, and follow formal change control procedures.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day automation issues and provide timely solutions.
- Support operational teams during UAT and rollout phases.
- Communicate project risks, issues, software concerns, and improvement suggestions through the appropriate team structure.
- Work with project managers, RPA mentors, Innovation Leads, software suppliers, and business stakeholders.
- Follow organizational policies, standards, local jurisdiction requirements, and automation best practices.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline is required.
- At least 18 months of experience with Blue Prism and Power Automate or Power Platform is required.
- Experience completing at least two end-to-end development projects is required.
- Blue Prism accreditation is required, with professional accreditation preferred.
- Power Automate certification through PL900 or PL500 is required.
- Knowledge of RPA technologies, business operations, and appropriate RPA use cases is desirable.
- Alteryx, Xceptor, or other automation tool certification is preferred.
- .NET developer skills and experience are advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, conflict-management, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Applicants must be able to understand business processes, conceptualize workflow-based solutions, document designs, and explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Applicants must meet applicable internal probation, performance, tenure, and disciplinary-status requirements where applicable.
