Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale secure IAM microservices in an AWS cloud-native environment.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering peers to deliver identity features.
- Lead debugging and production support while improving reliability and performance.
- Own features from design and coding through deployment and monitoring.
- Enhance legacy components and build new cloud-native IAM services.
- Apply secure coding, CI/CD, and cloud architecture best practices.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to a continuous learning culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
- Understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
- Experience with AWS, including EKS, S3, Lambda, and IAM, and with microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or Cassandra.
- Understanding of distributed systems and scalability principles.
- Preferred familiarity with OAuth2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, or other authentication standards.
- Preferred experience implementing secure coding practices aligned with OWASP Top 10.
- Preferred knowledge of Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Interest in identity, policy, and security challenges at scale.
